​Kristen Wilt, MSN, RN has been an integral member of the Arizona Public Cord Blood Program at TMC HealthCare for nearly 10 years. Passionate about the importance of preserving both umbilical cord blood and placental tissues, Wilt has played a critical role in establishing the public donation program within her own hospital and expanding the program to other hospitals throughout Arizona.

​Program Manager for the Cord Blood Bank at MD Anderson Cancer Center

With over 25 years of experience in operations management, human resources, strategic planning and business development, Erin Eaton has been a key force in expanding the Cord Blood Bank (CBB) at MD Anderson Cancer Center and has been instrumental in the success of strategic partnerships with groups such as the Arizona Public Cord Blood Program. Likewise, she holds a leading role in ensuring that the CBB operations are in accordance with the FDA, HRSA, NMDP, FACT, CAP and CLIA requirements, guidelines, and standards.
